Your worth is not in what you do.

We are designed to feel wanted. Our industry is set up in a way that when we are booked we are winning, otherwise we are waiting. That’s just the way it is! But what if I told you that you can learn to solidify the understanding that you are worthy and highly valued each and every day. Your body image does not need to plummet after a week of not working. Play with the end game in mind…

This is what I mean by that. You do not want your body image or your self-worth to be on the line at all! It remains the same, separate to your work…and no one can touch the truth that you are deeply valued. When you believe this truth, it shows up in everything you do. I will tell you right now that NO job is worth doing if you are going to lose your sense of confidence and worth in the process. When you play with the end game in mind, you understand that you are deeply valued and the RIGHT doors will open up for you. You can nourish and care for yourself from a place of love and connection, and not one of fear and self-judgement. YOU get to choose this.

So when you wake up tomorrow, ask yourself what kind of relationship you want to have with yourself. It may take time, in fact it is a life-long lesson and commitment, but you can train yourself to be on the same team as your body. To live from a place of kindness towards yourself. Your worth and your value does not depend on what you DO. You are so much more than your appearance… you are so deeply valued.
