Trader Joe’s has actually been killing it in the clean eating department lately! I’ve been noticing that all the products I have been picking up from Whole Foods or my local health food store, Erewhon, have been appearing at trader joe’s for a fraction of the price! For a while I found I wasn’t able to find snacks free of processed ingredients or GMO oils, but good ol’ Traders has been stepping up there game, and I want to share all the best clean eats from our favorite neighborhood grocery store

•Gluten Free Norwegian Crisp bread- packed with seeds, oats, and the perfect base for avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning! (Also found out our beloved Traders)

•Sauerkraut -Fermented foods boost the good bacteria in our gut and aids in healthy digestion

•Wild Salmon-Traders has amazing wild salmon, when often I wasn’t able to even find salmon that wasn’t farmed at other shops

•Cassava tortilla chips-grain free and absolutely delicious with hummus or guac

•Organic riced cauliflower (frozen section)-perfect base for a grain free stir fry! Add in your fave protein, spices, and TJ’s Mirepoix (hello convenient already chopped carrot, onion, celery) and you’ve got a fast healthy bowl

•Spiralized veggie noodles-pesto, pine nuts, and protein and you’ve got yourself another fast delicious meal

•Organic red lentil pasta-who doesn’t love a good comfort pasta? Especially when you don’t have to have the blood sugar spike and crash! Protein packed and delicious

•Organic dehydrated rainbow carrots-easy fast organic snack

•Organic hummus-quick and delicious protein packed snack

•Mini organic 72% dark chocolate bars-just a small amount of dark chocolate can reduce sugar cravings!

•Kale Gnocchi- with just kale, potato starch, chickpea flour, extra virgin olive oil, and salt, this dish is comforting, clean, and easy

•Cauliflower gnocchi-same thing here with the simple whole food ingredients

•Cauliflower pizza crusts-top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! I love pesto, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, goats cheese, topped with arugula, lemon, and drizzled with Olive oil! So yum

•Frozen wild blueberries-packed with antioxidants that help with brain function and improve mood!

•Chia seeds-high in omega 3’s for healthy brain function and packed with protein

•Shaved brussels- Sautee with olive oil and your favorite spices and you have a delicious side. Rich in folate and phytonutrients that lower inflammation in the body

•Microgreens- a punch of antioxidants to top on salads, pastas, or Buddha bowls

•Organic popcorn- this is made with non-gmo corn and is just three ingredients. WOSL approved!

•Spicy cashew butter dressing-I love this on just about everything. TJ’s have some great clean dressings, like green goddess, but this one just happens to be my favorite

•Quinoa-I make this whole thing at the beginning of the week so I have it in my fridge for fast easy use
