Vegan dark chocolate tahini bars
Everyone loves a good treat. I swear treats are good for our mental health. I was craving something chocolatey and got inspired from seeing Choc Tahini bars at a local LA cafe! I found a recipe, added my own tweaks, and came up with these yummy bars. The best part? They take ten minutes to make, and are no bake bars.
Ingredients:
•2 cups of dairy free choc chips
•1 cup of organic tahini
•1 cup of gf oats
•3/4 cup of puffed rice
•1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt
•1/4 cup of hemp seeds
•top with pistachios and sea salt flakes
Instructions:
•Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper
•Melt tahini and chocolate together on low heat
•Remove from heat and add your other ingredients (you can add in more additions if you wish! Just keep choc to tahini 2:1)
•Top with pistachios or desired toppings
•Pour into your pan
•Refrigerate your bars until set!
